Creating future players
At Modern Football Academy, our UEFA and FA licensed coaches deliver weekly sessions from elite facilities, focused on performance-driven development led by our 9 level MFA Progression pathway. Each session targets key areas such as ball mastery, athletic conditioning, passing, creativity, and finishing—enhanced by cutting-edge AI, data tracking, and video analysis. This technology allows us to monitor progress in real time and tailor training to each player’s needs. We combine expert coaching with smart insights to help young footballers grow faster, train smarter, and reach their full potential in a safe, inspiring environment.
Ages 5 - 7 Years
DISCOVERY Phase
We help children aged 5 to 7 build confidence, coordination, and fundamental skills through fun, age-appropriate sessions that focus on movement, ball mastery, and teamwork - laying the foundation for long-term football development in a supportive environment.
Ages 8 - 10 Years
FOUNDATION Phase
For children aged 8 to 10, our Foundation Phase focuses on developing technical ability, game understanding, and confidence through structured sessions that combine skill work, small-sided games, and data-led feedback to support smarter, faster growth.
Ages 11 - 14 Years
PROGRESSION Phase
For ages 11 to 14, our Progression Phase sharpens technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical growth using advanced coaching, data tracking, and video analysis—empowering players to train with purpose and perform with confidence in competitive environments.
